Home care

VivoCare® Home care is software designed to support service providers in coordinating, documenting, and ensuring quality in the care of people receiving medical care at home or in nursing homes. VivoCare enables the documentation of patient status and services performed at various locations, even if there is no internet connection at times. The data recorded by the team is exchanged either cyclically at a definable time interval and/or manually at the touch of a button. In addition, in areas with reliable internet coverage, the data can be accessed via tablet and smartphone using the VivoCare web application.

VivoCare® contains:
