The VivoCare® Mobile App provides easy and secure access via mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

There are four different versions of the VivoCare® Mobile App, tailored to the needs of different user groups:

  • Team members with access to all care data
  • External care providers who are not part of the core team (e.g., general practitioners, pharmacies, medical supply stores, etc.)
  • Volunteers actively involved in patient support
  • Patients and relatives who are being cared for and supported by the team

Access permissions can be configured in great detail for all these groups—down to individual fields and pieces of information—by the team leader.

Mobile app features:

  • Storing documents (e.g., doctor's letters) in the patient file directly during the home visit
  • Digital signatures, for example on consent forms, enable paperless documentation on site in the home or upon admission to inpatient facilities
  • Optimized workflows with external providers via forms, tasks, and messages
  • Independent contact and expense documentation by volunteers (km, travel times, etc.)
  • Direct symptom documentation by patients via the patient application
  • Provision of general and patient-specific documents for volunteers and patients
  • Video conferencing
