Nutrition

VivoCare® Nutrition is a software program designed to support service providers in coordinating, documenting, and ensuring the quality of individual nutritional therapies. VivoCare enables the documentation of patient status and services performed at various locations, even if there is no internet connection available at the time. The data recorded by the team is exchanged either cyclically at a definable time interval and/or manually at the touch of a button. In addition, in areas with reliable internet coverage, the data can be accessed via tablet and smartphone using the VivoCare web application.

VivoCare® contains:

• A module for documenting individual nutritional therapy and the associated phases
• The creation of special forms for screening, determining nutritional status, and further treatment of patients by the attending physician and specialized staff
• The integration of participating services (physicians, pharmacies) and patients/relatives
• The exchange of care-related information with other teams using VivoCare/PalliDoc
